And I consider myself a pretty simple girl.
My philosophy is that life is simple, even if we want to make it complicated.

When you hear the phrase “content creation” it may sound pretty vague. Simply put, it’s the written “stuff” that makes up your brand: the blog posts, the emails, the social media copy… anything that has to do with marketing your business online.
According to a 2019 study by The Manifest, 58% of small businesses use digital marketing.
Of that 58%, 73% of those businesses invest in social media marketing and 49% invest in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
The simple truth of the matter is, digital marketing isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. If you want to grow your business, reach your intended audience, and establish yourself in your local industry, you have to learn the Ways of the Web.
But someone’s gotta write it. And edit it. And format it. And that’s where I come in.
Who am I?

Writing is my jam and my bread and butter, which is why I got into this business.
In 2019, I graduated from William Jewell College with a BA in English and jumped feet-first into content creation.
I have been a freelancer for 3 years, specializing in blog writing, copywriting and editing, and SEO optimization.
But I’m also a human being!
Ain’t that a relief…
I’ll admit it: I’m a little quirky! I will always be professional and I take pride in my work, but I don’t believe “professional” has to mean rigid and bland!
I’m totally a Type A personality. I love being organized and honestly can’t think straight if things are in disarray! Not so good for relaxation, but quite ideal for work!
I’m a native of Kansas City, Missouri but I currently live in South Carolina with my husband, our spirited husky, and our very weird cat. One big, happy family!
When I said I love to write, I wasn’t kidding. I’m also a published science fiction author and my first novel is available on all digital platforms… with a second novel in the works!
